1) Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2) Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

3) Resale of tickets is not allowed.

4) A valid ticket is required for entry and must be exchanged for a wristband at the Box Office.

5) The Box Office opens at 12 p.m., and event gates open at 4 p.m.

6) The passes / tickets for a single day are valid only for that day and cannot be used for entry on any other day.

7) Entry will be denied to individuals with damaged or torn wristbands.

8) For security purposes, bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue.

9) The following items are strictly prohibited: alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, illegal substances, weapons, professional cameras, outside food, and beverages (including water bottles).

10) All guests are subject to a mandatory security check upon entry.

11) Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual for misconduct without issuing a refund.

12) Event organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

13) Participation in the event is at the guest's own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.

14) Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their safety.

15) Photography and videography will be conducted at the event. By entering, guests consent the permission to use it in promotional materials.

16) The organizers reserve the right to change or cancel the event and its terms and condition.

17) The event may be cancelled in case of rain or any unforeseen circumstance. No refunds will be issued.

18) No pets allowed.

19) The artist lineup and schedule are subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstance.

20) One pair of Dandiya sticks will be provided for each ticket.
